POLICIES

We love all of our clients at Èti Hair Studio, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

 

Cancellation Policy: We ask that you provide at least a 48 hour notice of cancellation for any appointments. We reserve the rights to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. There will be a 50% cancellation or no show fee.

 

If you have any questions, just get in touch. We are taking our part staying sterile and cautious by practicing social distancing and wearing our masks at all times. Our clients at Èti Hair Salon are required to wear their mask at all times. Clients whom refuses to wear a mask will not be accepted in to our salon and services may not be provided by our staff.
